I suggest Opes Advisors provide a detailed check list of what actions are due on given date. This would help prevent any last minute last minute rush to meet a short fuse deadline.

Can't say enough great things about Dawn and her team for our first-time homebuying experience! "The book" says you should get 3-4 mortgage quotes, so we got 3. The industry seemed to be so competitive at the time, that there was hardly any difference in rates and closing costs between lenders. That meant that customer service was the differentiating factor, especially in the very competitive Seattle homebuying market, and Dawn definitely won on that! My girlfriend (now fiance) were co-borrowers, adding a little extra complication to to the lending process, but Dawn made it not a big deal at all. She truly has the heart of a teacher and goes above and beyond in every aspect, including personally calling the sellers' agent to advocate for us and explain why our offer stands out among the others. She was patient, trustworthy and gave us space to make a decision on our lender of choice, but yet, she was very responsive at any hour of the day right away! Highly recommend Dawn and her team!

Dawn took the time to talk to me and understand what I was looking for. She made sure to remind me that she was working for me and I always felt like she was in my corner. She worked with me through the entire process, always checking in to make sure everything was good. When it came time to put in an offer she was quick to call the selling agent and advocate on my behalf. Dawn answered all my questions and maintained excellent communication with my agent.

Dawn respond very fast! She is so fast that make me feel we are have "phone call" communication! There are many times that I email her super earlier in the morning or late night (like 11pm), and was not expecting reply soon, but she always reply promptly! She is so fast that made my home purchase close 2 weeks earlier that planned! We got the home on Oct 28 (Saturday), and started the official process on Oct 30 (Monday), and home purchase is closed on Nov 17! Dawn is very helpful to get me a pre-approved for a mortgage loan and ensured full underwriting very fast! Thanks Dawn! Overall, Dawn is fast! Very FAST!
