They did a great job helping us through our options and giving us different options for ways to fund our home purchase. The start of the mortgage process seemed smooth and we were given assurances that this would be a straightforward process. The Guild team would reach out requesting certain documents to fill out their applications and we could provide those online. Everything seemed to go very well until two days before our closing date when we were told that a form from the appraiser had not come through and our closing date was in jeopardy because of it. After that stressful moment, we were not informed of the status of the application unless we reached out as the deadline drew closer and closer. The morning of closing, I had to reach out to ask if there were any hold ups because I didn’t know if I was going to get my house that day. That morning, Guild needed more information from me, including basic things like verification of employment, that I had provided weeks before. I was told to be prepared for a rush signing with the title company to try and close on time. My Guild agent asked me to go to the title company over 2 hours before they submitted the documents, causing the signing day to be full of anxiety sitting and waiting while not knowing if the mortgage was going to come through on-time. This caused the title company to have to rush through the signing itself to make up for Guild’s delays and added a ton of stress to the process. That evening, I was informed that my mortgage had already been sold to another bank, so (luckily) my interactions with Guild are going to be short as my trust has been greatly diminished.

Dietrich and his team go above and beyond for their clients. We felt that from the first consultation and even after the closing (it seems quarterly they sponsor family functions for their clients). They genuinely care about providing the best service they can and ensuring clients feel appreciated. I would absolutely work with Dietrich again and recommend his team's services to anyone.

Working with Dietrich and his team was great! They are on top of paperwork and have great communication and status and are willing to answer any and all of your questions. You do need to double check all of your numbers. Dietrich had sent numbers and there was an error in transit, but not his fault, so I didn't dock him for it. His team is great to work with throughout the entire process.

Dietrich and Darlene(coordinator) are great people to work with. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain the details. They are also very accessible. Dietrich was able to reduce the interest rates and closing costs to match other local lenders. I did have a few issues with RPM during the process but Darlene was quick to resolve them. I wish they used better software for the loan application.

Dietrich was very professional and detailed for all the loan product options available. He will give you enough time to have all your questions and will get them answered. Dietrich was great in helping getting approval letter over weekend which helped us to close the deal successfully. I will always recommend Dietrich.

Dietrich and his team did a pretty good job and managed to finish all paperwork in short timeline. The only issue is that they ask to sign and scan different documents instead of using electronic signature that is much better when you have short timeline.

Dietrich is a well intention individual and he'll definitely try his best to close on time. In my scenario, I wasn't able to get approved for a conventional loan from him even though another lender was able to. That delayed my closing by a little bit but I'd still recommend him to anyone looking for a lender.

Dietrich and his team did a great job. I would recommend to friends and family in a second. Although lending guidelines have become more strict in recent years, he and his team walk you through the process and are in constant contact.
