Not good! While possessing a pleasant personality, Mr Frol does not appear to have much experience with the process of securing mortgage approval, even from the underwriting department of his own firm. Before shopping for my home, I met with Mr Frol and gave him carte blanche to make the financing arrangements work for his company and for me, using my assets and equity in any number of ways. He made his recommendation for the best process, which I accepted, and I supplied all the paperwork he asked for. I obtained a pre-approval letter. HOWEVER, after getting a home under contract, I endured nearly a month of "My underwriting department just needs one more paper from you/your bank/your employer/your family.... " It was endless, frustrating and almost caused me to lose the deal. My recommendation would be to choose a more experienced mortgage broker.
