I appreciate the feedback shared, thank you. I regret to hear there was an unsatisfactory customer service experience with a 3rd party vendor. While I don’t have any direct involvement nor insight into payment processing, I am always willing to help however I can. As is well known, I am available 7 days a week, and always respond very promptly. I am willing to jump in and help with any issue to the extent possible. With all my clients, I hope their new home is enjoyable and I entrust my service provided to help folks get into their home is as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for sharing this particular experience.
