I have worked with them on two mortgages and a refi thus far, and each time they manage to find and recommend the best possible deal for my specific needs. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He worked with me for well over a year, getting me pre-approved and keeping me up to date on the market conditions as I was going through my house hunt. I could count on him make himself available anytime I need to make an offer and be at the ready. He's got access to a wide array of products and always looks to get you the best rate he can given your situation.

Jeff was wonderful to work with. He found a lender that was willing to underwrite our loan prior to having a property to gave us an extra step of approval. When we started to run into a problem with the lender he was quick to suggest that we move to a new lender even though there were less than two weeks to close. He worked quick and hard at getting it through the new lender with no issues.

By the time I managed to reach out to Jeff, after couple of missed calls, it was after work hours. Not only was he gracious enough to accept the call, but explained in detail all the available interest options for me and the consequences of choosing each of them. He also took pains to explain the breakdown in detail when all this could have been done over the email. In due course, it was pretty apparent that he is a professional through and through and puts a lot of importance to dealing with his clients in person than through phone or email - this ensures that he is able to address any inquiries we have on the type of loan/interest/breakdown can be clarified with no ambiguities. Jeff's communication and follow ups throughout the transaciton has been clear, detailed and most importantly, in a timely manner. Being a first time home buyer for whom the purchase has been an impulsive decision, I had a lot of queries that can be put under the bucket of 'paranoid queries' :) and Jeff was absolutely patient in responding to them. The 'cherry-on-top-of-the-cake' in this transaction was that, not only was he able to give me a rate that was lower than that was quoted by other brokers/lenders, he was also able to help me close my home in 15 days! Not many mortgage brokers are able to provide the low rates Jeff consistently seem to be able to quote (he was referred to me by my colleagues) and that number goes down when it comes to finding brokers who can close a home at such a short duration without compromising on the quality of service! An absolute recommend for Jeff for your mortgage services.

Jeff was an amazing broker. He kept me informed on all the steps in the process, helped me understand the different financing options, was available to answer questions anytime, and was very professional. Jeff always went above and beyond, such as creating multiple estimates based on my different requests, to ensure that I had all the details I needed to make a clear decision.
