I've worked with Jessica for almost 5 years now. She's done over a dozen loans for me: primary, investment, refis, cash-out refis, and more. Anybody can do an easy loan (low income/debt ratios primary residence, etc), even big banks. The moment those other guys say it's impossible, reach out to Jessica. Movement Mortgage was not great to work with. They had major issues with clear communication, and always seemed to be functioning in emergency/down to the wire mode which was insanely stressful for us. We almost lost our house multiple times due to their lack of thoroughness. Working with them felt very chaotic, frustrating, and overwhelming. I would not choose to work with them in the future, and would not recommend others to work with them either.

Jessica went out of her way at the last minute to get us a last minute pre-qualified letter . We were always asking her if we qualified for a home and she was right there with an answer. I would use Movement again, they made the impossible possible

I'm a first time home buyer having no clue what to expect. I didn't think there was anyway I could own a home. Jessica was so helpful ,encouraging , explained what I didn't understand, emailed details when I requested. Many thanks to Jessica and her team for all of the help and support. Got pre-approval very quickly, and rates were good. The senior agent was very easy to get in contact with for questions throughout the process, and even helped to get it offer accepted. Very disorganized after offer acceptance though, and the agent that worked with us on all of the post offer paperwork has really poor customer service and communication.

Jessica was the best. She helped with things me and my wife had absolutely no idea about at first but know according to our friends and family we're just a wealth of knowledge about the home buying process and that's all thanks to her. She's a text book of info and always seemed happy to share.
