Pro: best rate (especially after making them duke it out with Chase for our business). Con: They asked for a lot more documentation than other banks and the process can sometimes be slow. Con: Almost didn't close on time because of slow processing and in particular there were problems scheduling an appraiser. We weren't kept in the loop about what was going on with the appraisal situation. Pro: Even though the appraiser only turned in the appraisal three days before closing, they somehow pulled it off on time thanks to a couple of really hard-working individuals in the Stone Way Seattle Branch.
