Jim was a huge help to us in purchasing our new home. We had gone through two of our credit unions who were being extremely slow at getting us pre-approved and we kept getting stuck in red tape. Jim was able to get us approved very quickly when we needed to put in an offer for a house that we found, so we ended up going with him. And we're glad we did. He was very patient throughout the financing process and worked with us to ensure that we would be able to close on time. Jim proves that going through a local business is the only way to go, as you get the professional and personalized experience everyone wants that you wouldn't get from going to a bigger bank.

We found out at the last minute we weren't closing on time. Poor communication. Sent us a list of ten questions to answer they should have already asked by that point. Then on the new date we were supposed to close they said our insurance didn't cover enough... they had that info weeks in advance. We were told we can sign at noon then hour after hour went by with poor communication. Just another hour we kept hearing. I was missing several hours of work for this and he was laughing on the phone. Finally at 6pm the documents were ready luckily the escrow lady was nice enough to stay late so we could sign.
