Jon has always been straightforward, accessible, and gets the job done. Wells Fargo's rates are not always the rock bottom lowest out there, but they are competitive. I have actually gotten quoted lower by other institutions. Sometimes Jon is able to match them, and sometimes not. Either way, I usually choose to work with him because he treats me with professionalism and closes the deal on time. When I refinanced my house, the process took much longer than it should have, but this was out of Jon's control and had more to do with the crazy market at that time and the number of people refinancing. Jon is top notch, and I highly recommend him.
