When I first called Julie, I was in front of a computer with a spreadsheet open. I was had a ton of questions, math problems, and a framework for comparing/choosing the best lender. When Julie picked up the phone, she too had a spreadsheet open, and we began the first of a few action-packed work sessions sending worksheets back and forth, crunching numbers and comparing options.
1. Julie is as sharp as she is sweet. She's super quick in answering everything, she catches the nonverbals (over the phone), if you enumerated 5 things, she will circle back to all 5.
2. After reviewing all the options, she recommended one. After I tinkered with it to see if I could find something better, I could not. What she recommended was the best, and yet she patiently ran all the other numbers anyway to give me peace of mind.
3. When you get Julie, you get a team. When I actually made the offer on the home, Julie was on vacation (which she was very clear about from the beginning). Cameron Murray who was also on vacation, took my call while skiing and got me a new pre-approval letter with the address of the new house to make it stronger. Amanda Thompson also collected all the documents needed for a solid underwriting. I was 100% supported.
4. On the note of team, Juls Huggins requires a bullet point all on her own. There's a reason all of the other reviews gave Juls a special mention. According to Gmail, I received 5 emails from Juls for every one email from Julie. She is supportive, responsive, is the glue that coheres the entire process together, and is there to help with even the little things like recommending a home insurance company.
Best of all, they're all very sweet, personal, and sincere. Buying a home for a family is a deeply personal process and I can feel their genuine joy and excitement for my family. They celebrate with you. I am so happy to give this review.
