Not only a very nervous first time home buyer, but also a very nervous first time home loan applicant, and as one can guess, not for a small amount... Kelly is hands down, one of the most patient professionals I have ever worked with.. The kind of questions I had, the kind of hesitation I had during the whole process and idea of taking a big loan, I would have surely driven anyone nuts.. but not Kelly. She answered all my (repeated) questions, every step of the way, took time to go over and explain plenty of documentation involved, keep us up to date on where are we in the process, and getting the process (including underwriting) complete comfortably before the closing date, was a lot of help for someone like us. I am very glad that we finally closed our loan with Kelly. I would highly recommend Kelly and her team for home mortgage needs.

This was the first time I have bought a house in 30 years and on top of that it was very much different due to some state law differences - we moved from Iowa. I found the process confusing, communication not always efficient, and I can't remember how many times we had to send additional or updated materials to the mortgage company. I know that the short sale process makes things even more confusing and difficult and definitely tries a person's patience but at times it bordered on insane. I do not fault the agent - I am sure she was doing her best - but the system is definitely broken. I would not go through Wells Fargo again.
