When a national lending company obtained through Costco's mortgage services was unable to close on a desired mortgage in a reasonable time and a deadline approaching, at the suggestion of our real estate agent, my wife and I were put in contact with Kyle Rohrbaugh and his team at RPM Mortgage, Inc. Kyle and his team were able to save the deal and help us close prior to the deadline. He and his team were able to utilize their local connections to speed the process of obtaining the requested mortgage. What the national lender told my wife and I would take weeks, took days for Kyle and his team to bring to fruition. It goes to show the value of working with a local team who has local relationships with appraisers, realtors, etc. Throughout the process, he and his team maintained a clear line of communication and were very prompt in responding to questions or concerns that my wife and I had. Even though my wife and I were coming to him at a time of desperation and he did not have to make any concessions, Kyle still made it a priority to do what he could to match the terms of the mortgage that would have been procured from the national lender. Ultimately, he and his team rescued the home buying process for my wife and I. His efforts and those of his team are greatly appreciated. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone buying a home!

Kyle and his team were all very responsive to our needs and helpful to answer all our questions along the way. The only part that could have been better is their electronic uploading system was not as helpful as I would have wanted. I would still recommend them to anyone that needs a new mortgage.

This was our second home purchase. We're self employed, and that generates lots of headaches - but apparently not. RPM Mortgage pre-approved and then approved us quickly and efficiently. The team was quite well organized. Some companies might send you 10 e-mails of "urgent" for something they forgot to ask for, but RPM never did that. Their use of technology also makes everything easier (e-sign for example). The little shows of customer service really stood out. A popcorn bag and a movie rental (maybe two?) showed up at our house one day. A "you've moving - let us buy you pizza" e-mail came through. They knew we had children and send a book about moving for kids (not a "Look kids Uncle RPM is great" book either - an actual Bearstein Bears are Moving book).
