Early part of the lending experience went well but they were unable to maintain the same level of enthusiasm and dedication all of the way through closing. Once the application went to the loan processor, all communications became sluggish and lacking in detail. This resulted in piece-mealing of requests and multiple email exchanges to get the correct documents to the underwriter, which slowed the process so greatly that they ended up delivering final docs to the title agency too late and missing my closing by a day. In short, don't count on them to have you covered if time is of the essence. They will hold things up and disappear when you most need them, leaving you hanging to deal with the fallout from the seller and title agency until they wrap things up at their own pace. Strongly recommend having the seller sign a closing extension if you go with Chase, else you may end up in deep water.
