Mason and his team were awesome. It took a year and multiple offers before I finally made a winning offer, and Mason was there throughout the whole (long!) process to provide support. As a first-time homebuyer, Mason gave me a lot of confidence by being transparent about process and fees, helping me understand all of my options, and taking time to answer my questions. When an offer was accepted and we finally began working toward closing, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
