I am sorry that I will not recommend to work with Sarah. She blames us for using her pre-approval letter for the offer and still rate shopping. Unfortunately, we have to see what we are getting and the reason we use her pre-approval letter because we planned to work with them. She doesn't respect the first home buyer questions. Mike is very responsive and friendly communicator so as Kelsey. Although, in the end, it gets done barely on time so that is great.

Although we worked with his partner Sarah Riley for most of our loan process, our overall expectations were exceeded by the dedication and thoroughness of the Cobalt team.
