Sarah is very knowledgeable in her profession and she helped us a lot in getting a pre approval letter which we used to make offers. She gave us pretty good suggestions to reveal our true financial capability to the sellers thereby increasing our chances of offer acceptance. But I wish Caliber homes had a better way to track all the documents they gather from customers. I had to send same documents multiple times over email. Also it would be great improvement if Caliber homes sent status updates every few days to ensure everything is on track rather than I having to follow up with their team.
