If I had to describe Scott Studioso in one word it would be gumption; he's the pure embodiment of initiative, diligence, resourcefulness and integrity. I worked with Scott over the course of about 3 months during a short sale purchase and he never once faltered during the skirmish it ended up being. Scott is very tech-savvy and is able to work in a fax-less environment, which as anyone living in the 21st century can tell you, having to fax administrative documents somewhere is a hassle; thankfully with Scott I never once had to fax anything. I do therefore humbly recommend Scott to anyone buying a home, as he is the perfect financier. He will make the experience enjoyable by providing honest (and oftentimes instantaneous) advice and feedback, clear instructions and an overall can-do attitude.
