In the end, we liked Shane, but not inattention to crucial details by his staff. What he regarded as outstanding teamwork we found to be just the opposite. Nice guy, highly capable - put too much responsibility in people not able to do the work diligently. Way too many times we had to go retrieve something last minute that his associates failed to mention.

The process of buying a new home was great with Shane and his team. Great email communication and easy to sign online. They kept us up to date and even got the loan closed early and we moved in a full week early into our new home!

Shane is a great guy to work with, we had short period to close the house, but he handle the situation very quick and we able to close the house without any problem

Shane is very agile. He was always on top of the things we need to do to keep on track. My husband and I had been leisurely looking at homes for about a month but still were not yet planning to buy one when we found our dream starter home in our ideal neighborhood. With other buyers interested in the property we knew we had to work fast to situate a lender relationship and our financing last minute in order to have an advantage in the offer process. Starting the very first day we began working with Shane and his team, my husband and I were beyond impressed by the level of attention, availability, and guidance they provided. His team literally worked day and night to help us develop an offer as fast as possible, and as we were heading into a weekend when this all happened, we were even more impressed that Shane himself was working around the clock for us while he was attending a wedding! We were so grateful to him for going above and beyond that way, and that type of attention and assistance continued throughout the entire financing process. His team communicated very clearly between each other, other parties and us. I also think we may have won some award for how quickly we closed on the house. Looking back, we can both see how incredibly stressful and challenging this process could have been if we ran into issues with other lenders not being as efficient, clear, down to earth and professional as their team were for us. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Despite a challenging process and closing with some unexpected speed bumps in the eleventh hour (some of which could have been avoided, some not) Shane and his team were pleasant to work with and worked hard to deliver on his commitment in the end.

Shane and his team did an amazing job with our financing. We worked with them over a long stretch of time as we almost bought one house, backed out, and then actually bought this one. He never got impatient with our questions, always walked us through the details and got us to close in 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

Shane and his team (I also worked closely with Marilyn on Shane's team) were thorough in gathering the documentation to make the overall process move more quickly and smoothly. We encountered a last-minute scramble when the underwriter requested some repairs just a few days before closing, but Shane and my realtor Kham were in close communication to identify the critical items that needed to be fixed in order for the loan to close. Shane is professional, responsive, and very communicative, letting me know where we are in the loan process and what to expect.

Shane is extremely knowledgable, quick to respond and a guy you felt good about handling your money. He was quick to volunteer to call anyone should it help with an offer or negotiating process. Both he and his team were very helpful with all the questions we had - which were many - and they put us at ease even when we rescinded our offer and ended up shopping for another home.
