I didn't expect the home loan process to be so easy. Steve and Tracey are a fantastic team who seem invested in the process. After going to a well-known local credit union and waiting over a week for any communication on our approval, we found a house we wanted. Steve got us approved that afternoon after personally walking us through the process for us as first time homebuyers. Tracey took over from there and made the loan process incredibly easy. She picked up the phone immediately every time I called, explained things fully, and answered every one of my questions honestly. We could have closed in less than three weeks had we wanted to thanks to their hard work. We would recommend Steve and Tracey to anyone without hesitation.
