Also, because of the very fast-moving current market, there were times when a quick turnaround was necessary. Highly recommend Tim and team for folks wanting a smooth and timely closing. We signed a contract for a 21-day-close and Tim's team got it done even faster than that. Even before I was serious about buying, I emailed Tim TONS of questions about qualifications and scenarios and Tim was always responsive and willing to explain questions I had. To be honest, during the early stages of looking I definitely "shopped around" for a best rate, but at the EOD came back to Tim and team for my home purchase because I could really trust them to handle the close in a timely and attentive manner, no hiccups, with competitive rates. Definitely give their team a shot!

We really can't overstate how grateful we are for Tim's communication, attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism from start to finish. From the very first call, Tim was ready to educate us about all of our different financing options (jumbo loans, piggyback loans, etc) and the process and tax implications for gift funds. He worked quickly to get us an underwritten preapproval letter in just a few days, which is so invaluable in a fast-paced market. After our offer was accepted, Tim kept us up to date at every single step and inspired a lot of trust in us, so much so that it was a bit sad to stop working with him! He really made the entire process pain and stress-free. On top of the quick, thorough work, he was able to close in 21 days for a jumbo loan. We will refer everyone we know to him and can't wait to work with him again.

He quickly and clearly answered all the questions we had and was available to speak on the phone whenever we wanted clarification on some of the trickier concepts. As first time home buyers we were a bit nervous about applying for a mortgage, but Tim made the whole process way smoother than I could have hoped for.
