There were several things we felt like we're amiss. We missed our closing deadline which we emphasized at the beginning of beginning the loan process with their team. Throughout the process, we would be told that all we needed was one or two more items, only to need to provide more documentation and paperwork the next day, or resubmitting more paperwork that had been turned in and previously approved by the loan officer only to find that it wasn't in the right format, etc. In the end, BOA offered the best rate and offer, and we hope to enjoy the convience of doing our day to day banking at the same place where our home loan is; however, the loan process was not ideal.

Todd went over every single line of every one of the myriad of documents needed / generated in the home loan approval process. We always felt that we had knowledge of where we were in the process and the next steps needed on our part. As first time buyers, we had tonnes of questions every step of the way. But Todd took time to answer each one of them, in great detail. Best part - the rate and the closing cost fee structure he offered were virtually unbeatable. When we took his estimates to other lenders to compare they all asked us to just go with the deal Todd was offering. Rates were that good!
