Had significant trouble here. Communication was often unresponsive, late, and in a couple cases totally incorrect. I missed my initial closing date because of the poor job Vivian and Navy Federal performed. I repeatedly asked for updates via phone and email, paid extra fees early on for Rush Processing to ensure I didn't miss any dates, and still they failed. 1 day before my closing and I still hadn't heard anything, only to call a supervisor and find out that they had "made a mistake" on my paperwork and needed to issue a whole new GFE and documents, causing me to miss closing. I was furious, and still have not received any form of apology. Luckily my home seller let me have an extension, and if it weren't for his generosity then Navy Federal and Vivian Jose would have caused me to lose out on this home completely. My agent stated that in his 30 years of real estate, this was the worst experience with a bank he has ever had.
