Yosh was able to give me a great interest rate and was open to answering all my questions and concerns with purchasing my first house. It was easy to get a hold of him and he was great at replying back. My only feedback was that I had be fairly proactive in getting updates from Yosh when I was communicating with my redfin agent and seller when it came close to closing. But then again he pulled off some magic to help me close in 30 days! I would definitely recommend Yosh.

Ultimately we obtained financing and purchased our home, so the overall outcome of our interaction with Yosh was successful, however there were an unbelievable amount of delays, mistakes, and miscommunications, of which I place the majority of blame on Chase and Yosh. Yosh seemed like a good enough guy, and I believe a lot of the problems were do to him being given insufficient support from his organization. We obtained reasonable interest rates and obtained the loan, but we would not do business with Chase again, will not in the future, and I could not recommend others do either.
