We survey everyone who has submitted a loan application with this lender, whether the loan closed or not.
Firstly, I wanted to extend my deepest apology for any inconvenience and stress this transaction may have caused. As I explained, the reason for the delay was due to our company changing processing systems nationwide. We came across some glitches as we were piloting the new system and while processing this created a 3 business day delay in closing your transaction. Although this is not an excuse and in no way makes it OK, we did keep you up to date at all times and when your agent informed us that you missed out on a Groupon deal for the movers due to our delay, we went ahead and approved an additional $600.00 credit to cover the losses. My whole team at WJ Bradley pride ourselves on smooth on time closings. This was an isolated issue due to technical changes and we are making sure it does not happen again! In my 10+ years of closing loans this is my team’s first negative review so I felt the need to personally clarify the circumstances. Once again please accept our sincere apology for this inconvenience. We hope that one day we can get the opportunity to make this right for you and your family.
