For the most part, Tower did a decent job processing our loan by the financial contingency date. We spoke only with Barbara Hegazi, who requested information from us in a timely manner. I like that they had a portal for opening secure emails. The only thing I did not like was doing the "hurry up and wait" drill--Barbara expressed that time was of the essence in providing documentation, so we gave her the items she requested typically within 24 hours. When she had all the information she needed, she said she would send it to the underwriter. Two weeks later, the information had still not been sent to the underwriter, which put us at risk of losing the house. It ended up working out, but this was unnecessary stress to an already-stressful experience.
