Wow can we say Awesome and Amazing Avalon! We spoke to Tanner after hours about providing us with service quickly. Tanner is a man of his word! We explained we needed a very quick turn around he told us no problem. We called Avalon who answered after hours on a Sunday. Couldn't believe they answered the phone. Who had no problem with our personal request of Tanner. Avalon offered us at first a two day window and then a next day turn around. Avalon customer service were prompt and very customer service friendly. Tanner had a team with him to ensure we had an inspection and report in a couple of hours. Avalon was able to get us done. They have the latest and greatest equipment to ensure they are truly performing a thorough inspection. If you need great service done call this inspection company. A one service provided.

Joe Kelley was truly a savior in our home buying process. We were referred to Avalon for a home inspection on the first home we were interested in buying. We ordered the inspection 2 weeks before closing, which was such a great idea! Long story short, Joe identified massive water damage in several parts of this new construction home that the builder was not even aware of! Needless to say, my husband and I were pissed and not having it!!! We ended up walking away from this home, and a month later found our dream home. We called Avalon again for a home inspection and Joe checked everything out for us again! He did an amazing job and confirmed that this 2nd house was built in a superior manner than the first. Jeff Bates was our home inspector for the dywall inspection and the final inspection. And he is a very thorough and pays attention to every small detail, which makes him an excellent inspector. And he explains every small detail and answers all questions very patiently. We recommend him for all your home inspection needs.

There were a a few mistakes he made that were concerning. There was a large rotted spot on the deck, about a mens size 9 shoe- I know because my husband stepped right through it. He also recommended someone to look at the roof that was not a roofing inspector and it caused several issues, almost the point of not purchasing the home. On a positive he was friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Joe was so informative and he continue to give home tips over email. He is so punctual and exhibits high degree of professionalism in his work. It was nice working with him on the private home inspection.
