Our inspector, Justice, did an excellent job in inspecting two properties that we were interested in buying. Based on one of his inspections, he uncovered problems with the one house that we would have been very costly to fix and I believe compromised the integrity of the structure. He was able to get the inspections scheduled rapidly and one was done a holiday. This gave us more time to review the inspection and make an informed decision about the condition of the property. Both reports were detailed and concise. The photos that he took were clear and areas of concern were highlighted and discussed in his report. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of the inspection.

I liked Justice very much (looks good in a cowboy hat-:); but the company he recommends for helping you with getting settled in with utilities, was a waste of time and I’m sure money!!!!! Jordan with Home Binder was his name and made all sorts of promises he couldn’t keep and weren’t even true!! So regardless of the cowboy hat on Justice he needs to know who he’s dealing with and representing with his name. He’s representing all Texas home appraisals and their companies. Bottom line….. don’t hire folks from the area above the Mason-Dixon Line!!!!!

Justice was amazing and meticulous in his inspection. He inspected the house as if it were his. He got to the job early, was very friendly and professional, detailed everything he found with photos for the contractors to easily refer to, and he sent the report over within 30 min of finishing the inspection. We will definitely be using him again for future inspections. I would recommend him to anyone.
