Everything was great until our final walk through and one of the windows had a chip/ crack that had been there by the look at the chip. Tried to email the inspector, Chance to ask about it and still haven’t heard back. That is why we had to give an 8 instead of a 10.

Chance Bradford was my Professional Home Inspector through Housecheck and all I can say is he was phenomenal. He ended up visiting a total of THREE times. First time per builder timeframe but the house was NOT ready. Still Chance provided a detailed report with pictures that was helpful to me and the builder in getting the house ready. Chance returned on day of closing and provided a NEW Report showing what was still outstanding. In that visit he was able to examine all plumbing but still not able to test gas furnace, water heater, or cooktop because they still were not set up by the builder. Chance came back one more time the next day following closing and promised to give one more report with those final items inspected. I truly appreciate his efforts and diligence in making sure I knew exactly where the weaknesses/deficiencies in my house are.
