Scott did a great job inspecting our new house. He was very thorough and captured all existing and potential issues with the house. To accommodate us being out of state, he did a FaceTime walking us through all his findings which he followed by his report. It pays to have true professionals on your team!

Thorough, and exceeded expectations!

Scott is awesome. We ended up using him for 2 inspections, and are very thankful for that. On the first home, he was able to be very honest with us and point out a lot of things that made us reconsider the home. For the second home, he again was able to point out a lot of things to us but was able to confirm that we were getting a good home. As a first-time homeowner, we found Scott's tips, tricks and advice extremely useful. I can't recommend Scott enough.

We contacted some inspectors with a tight timeline, and Scott's response regarding his services and availability was quick and professional. He was on time and very thorough in his inspection, providing pictures and guidelines when systems were both within and out of specifications. He spent nearly an hour walking us through his assessment of the property, both inside and out. We received his illustrated 27 page report the same day, which gave us the ability to counter the original offer with a lower price to enable specific repairs/remediation. And the seller reduced their price as a result of his detailed work. We will use his services again when our remodeling is completed, and we recommend him with no reservation.
