Erik was very courteous and knowledgeable during the home inspection. He patiently explained things to me. I would recommend him again.

Working with Erick was a great experience as a homebuyer, he was very detailed, and while he was inspecting he made sure all my questions were answered and actually explained his findings as he was working! After his inspection I decided to work with him for fumigation services, I really felt confident taking his advice and he made the process very smooth and without issues. I would definitely recommend Erick for his inspection services, he was able to knock out 3 inspections (roof, home and pool on the same day!)very quickly and provided granular detail on his report and in person. I'd have to say I'd definitely go to Erick for any of his services in the future.
