If you want a house really "inspected", this is the guy! His inspection is thorough, and probably much more detailed than others. He finds from very tiny things all the way to a big problem (if there is). And his report contains everything he found and mentioned during the inspection. It would be a good guideline on what project you'd do first after buying the house. Every house has some flaws, and knowing those in advance made us comfortable buying the house.

Paul was great. He really spent time going through each room and making sure everything was covered. Talked me through a lot of the details that can't be noted on a report. He was attentive to my questions and made sure to follow up on any details that I needed more information on. The inspection went a little over the time he said he would be done by, but that was only because he wanted to make sure he checked every part of the property. Inside and outside. I would recommend Paul as your Home Inspector.

Paul was the most thorough home inspector I've seen. He did a great job and certainly had no issues getting dirty in crawl spaces or climbing up a tall ladder. The only reason I'm not rating him a 10 is his price. It was on the high side, but again the quality of inspection is also on the high end. One small tip: Do your own radon detection, Paul charges for this and it's just a kit you can buy online.
