We understand the frustration and feedback from the customer. The concerns they've brought up were outlined in the inspection report. It seems there may have been some confusion about the process. We are certainly willing to review the report with our customers after inspections are completed to answer any concerns or questions they may have. An outreach was made to this customer regarding their report.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The insulation can sometimes fall out of the attic more than expected and the inspector should have done a better job cleaning it up. Even though we disagreed on the issue about the window, we did come to a mutual understanding and all matters have been resolved amicably.
