Overall, the inspection process was thorough and the report was helpful. There two issues I had with their process and report, however. One is the inspector could not climb all the way into the attic to inspect the connection between the roof and the building structure. This is a big deal for insurance. Although I can't fault the inspector for not being able to get into the attic, I believe he should have sought alternatives to find out. The other is they did not get full info and pictures of the water-heater that was inspected. This almost caused me a serious problem with my insurance company because they assumed the water-heater was too old and had to be replaced. I worked with RSHI to correct the report, and the matter with the insurance company was resolved. Despite these two issues, RCHI was professional and responsive to help address them quickly.
