Guardian Angel Inspections did a good job covering the major areas that any homeowner would want looked at during an inspection. There weren’t many issues flagged, which was a bit surprising but also a good thing overall. That said, I felt like some parts of the report could have been more detailed. For example, there was a note about damage to one of the doors during the inspection, but no additional explanation or follow-up accountability on it. Another thing that stood out was that multiple areas, like floors, closets, and cabinets, couldn’t be inspected because the seller’s belongings were in the way. While I don’t blame them for that, I do wonder if better communication with the seller beforehand could have made it easier to access those spaces. In the end, they got the job done, and I appreciate their work. A bit more depth in the reporting and coordination could make the experience even better.
