I got to the inspection appointment 5 minutes before the scheduled time and the inspector told me he was already halfway through the appointment. The whole point of me being there was to be a part of the inspection. Why would you start ahead of time and not wait for me? The inspector missed a huge issue with the plumbing in the kitchen along with obvious signs of previous leaking issues which I am now left having to pay for and replace. This was an area he "inspected" prior to my arrival. This issue along with several other issues (all "inspected" prior to my arrival) are now things I am left with having to fix and replace. I DO NOT recommend this vendor.
