Inspection was ok but super hard to communicate with. Received the inspection report very late. Declined to carry out the re-inspection.

The inspection is arguably the most crucial step in determining whether you should purchase a home, and Christine Shack is hands down the only inspector I am willing to trust with that task. She has extreme attention to detail and will identify even the smallest issue. And trust me, if you're paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for something, you want to be aware of every single issue there is going into the transaction. Christine is incredibly knowledgeable and will give you a very thorough walk through of the property right after the inspection. She's very good at helping to explain the issue in layman terms and will also help you assess whether a problem is negligible or relatively easy to fix vs. potentially very serious. Her reports contain detailed pictures and notes and will recommend any further actions needed, including which professionals you need to contact asap during the critical option period. I can't recommend her enough and am extremely thankful to have the opportunity to work with her!

Christine was great to work with. Since I was buying this house from San Francisco, my buying agent, Bob Plessinger, met Christine at the house and was there for the final walk through. We did the summary via Facetime and she was extremely thorough and made things easy to understand. The report was very detailed and easy to read. I even followed up with here a few times on the report and she responded very quickly. We've been int the house for a few months and tackling the recommendations in the report a little at a time.

We loved working with Christine for our home inspection. She was very accommodating to schedule which helped given our one week option period. Christine was incredibly thorough in her inspection and identified items that hadn't been found during a prior inspection 8 months earlier. She also made sure to sit down and walk us through each part of the inspection report, highlighting the most important areas that we would want to fix in the near term.

Christine is a professional. She did a thorough job of home inspection. She does general inspection, pool inspection, termite and pest inspection. She uses latest equipment like infrared scanner and Laser Levels. Result is a complete evaluation of house. She is detail oriented and gave us a 55 page unbiased report that was very useful in making decision. I highly recommend Christine for this most important part of your house buying process.
