I left this review because I did not receive a copy of the inspection report. The information regarding termite status was shared with my associate.

Gary is great and did very good job on our home inspections. We really appreciate your honest and great inspection on our first home.

After the inspector finished his report, I had friends come out and found some major things that needed attention/repairs prior to my closing. These included my air conditioner leaking in attic, the brick in the back of the home had a large crack that traveled up which the builders had to replace, the fan/lighting in the living room was not working and had to be replaced, the doorbell did not work and had to be replaced and there was a large crack across the entire driveway that had to be replaced. My home is new construction so I was able to get all these items replace prior to closing, however they were findings that I found and if I found them post closing, it would had been a hassle to get this work complete. In addition, I being a female home owner, the inspector was addressing concerns to the men that were present, when I told him I am the home owner. Yes, women can afford to purchase homes. My suggestion is that you know your customers prior to addressing anyone there present in the home during the inspection.

Can't say enough great things about Gary. We purchased an original outdated 1980's home. Gary took his time to inspect the house as so many things could be wrong with a home of this age. He made great recommendations for items he felt was of concern that needed an expert to review. He saved us over $17K in repairs that the seller was willing to address in the long run. Thanks, Gary!

Gary is one of the most friendly and professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. His services on the inspection of our house was extremely detailed, and extremely professional. Gary did a thorough inspection and gave me a good report about the house.

Gary inspected two houses for us. Very professional, ethical and knowledgeable about the many things to check when buying a house. We decided not to purchase the first one based on his feedback and closed on the second one with full knowledge of what we were getting. I would highly recommend.

Gary was very nice when I spoke with him over the phone and understanding to the nature of the inspection period and he was able to fit our inspection for the following day. Since I was out of state my brother went the house after the inspection for me to meet with Gary and after the rundown/summary my brother had nothing but good things to say about Gary.
