We are sorry for any bad experience. Regarding reporting minor items: the Texas Real Estate Commission regulates inspectors and they require many minor items to be reported. Regarding extra inspection recommendations we find it better to provide detailed information about the process for all our clients. Hopefully in the future we will be able to deliver top notch service every customer deserves.
