Very professional and thorough with their inspection!

Since my home purchase was a new build already under construction, I had to bypass the foundation pre-pour inspection due to timing of my contract signing. However, I used Texas Certified Home Inspection for both the framing/pre-drywall inspection (Mike Kirkpatrick) and the final inspection (Scott Osborne). TCHI was able to get appointments on the schedule quickly as soon as the build process allowed to help minimize any slowing of the build, which was very much appreciated. Both Mike and Scott were very knowledgeable and explained their findings to myself and my agent prior to departing the site to ensure I had a solid understanding. The speed of receiving the reports was fantastic, and the detail with pictures was great to provide to the builder for corrective actions. Appreciate the work by Mike and Scott to esure a smooth inspection and correction process!
