Mark’s inspector was excellent. He pointed a few things that needed attention and were quickly remedied by the hoa. He was really great.

Mark was amazing to work with and we absolutely recommend working with him as a home inspector. As first-time homebuyers looking at primarily older houses that needed a bit of work, we knew our inspector was critical to determining 1) if the house was safe and structurally-sound, 2) what the up-front work would be, and 3) what our long-term list of projects would be. We worked with Mark on 3 separate houses during our search - the first we passed on based on the inspection report, the second we passed on due to estate issues (completely unrelated to the inspection), and the third is the one we bought. Mark's inspections were very thorough and he was able to clearly break up the different issues he found into the above categories. He caught all sorts of issues, ranging from minor to major (as is the case with any house). With each inspection we got our full report back within a few hours of completion. So far our house is fine, and we haven't encountered any issues outside of those that were flagged in Mark's report. With each of these 3 inspections, he was able to squeeze us into his schedule the very next day after we called, which was amazing. Including on the morning of July 4th. Mark is great and we'd definitely like to work with him again.

I've bought 4 homes and have used 4 different inspectors. Of the previous 3, the third one was phenomenal, but unfortunately wasn't available on short notice for this 4th home. So, Mark was recommended by my broker and he did a fine job, but since I had such a stellar previous experience with someone that did a more detailed job, it's hard for me to leave a full 5-star review.
