For several years I have been a fully licensed New York State and Connecticut State Home Inspector that also holds certifications to inspect for mold and wood destroying insects. Matt was the deciding factor for us going with the home. I heard of inspector being a nightmare, but Matt was nothing but professional. When we drove up to the house he was already inspecting the grounds and the inspection took 2 and half hours. He found mold, and a few other stuff that we were able to get a credit for from the seller. Matt is good at what he does and if ever there is another house purchase I wouldn't hesitate to use Matt again. He is worth every penny.

Being a first time home buyer and not knowing what to expect in a home inspection is quite scary. Working with Justin through my home inspection was very detailed. From the beginning of our first encounter, Justin bullet point everything he was going to look for in the home. I learned a lot from having a walk through with Justin, especially since I had no clue about the zone heating in my home. On the report, it was very helpful that Justin labeled what repairs needed to be done first and the life expectancy on other items in the home. With that breakdown I was able to tackle what repairs are a must and what can wait for some years. Justin was very professional and came equip with all tools to ensure a proper home inspection.
