Ben is the best...when the inspection on my first property FAILED, he bent over backwards to get to the new property. I won't use any other inspector!

Ben was thorough, friendly, and helpful. Based on his inspection, we caught some things that impacted the deal but he also flagged a number of small things so it was easy to plan for a handyman to come in and get a lot done that might've taken me years to discover on my own.

The pre-purchase house inspection done by Ben Hendricks was the most detailed and complete report that we have ever seen in our multiple house buying experiences over forty years. The report included color photos and videos of areas of concern that we would otherwise not have been able to see. He gave us facts that were crucial to our purchase offer and enabled us to complete our dealings on this property with assurance that we were making the correct decisions. We will ask Mr. Hendricks to do any other inspections we might need in the future.

We were very happy with Ben's detailed inspection report. He was also easy to work with in scheduling and conducting the inspection. Ultimately, we didn't purchase the property for which we used his services, but we were still please with his work.

Ben was great. He was extremely detail oriented, able to explain in-depth the issues he found and what they meant.

Ben is the third home inspector I've used. He's also the last home inspector I'll ever use. The man is a legend! The gadgets he uses, the knowledge he has, you'd swear he gets off work and drives back to his Batcave. I joined him for the inspection and he pointed out a ton of things I (and I suspect my previous inspectors would have missed) had totally missed, and gave recommendations on the severity of the issues. His inspection report reads like a Bible on the house, and I'll be consulting it as a guide for everything that needs to be repaired. I'd recommend checking it his website as well. It's full of hours of both comedy gold as well as some super helpful guides, notably one about insulation that will be the guide I'll be using for the first project. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Don't go anywhere else!

Ben does a fantastic job illustrating the issues throughout the inspection. Our first house we had him inspect ended up falling through, however I was so impressed with his work that I had him do the inspection for the house we ended up purchasing. I highly recommend Ben if you want a thorough job down.
