Chuck is really professional and knows everything about a house. As a first time buyer, Chuck explained everything to me with the inspection went on. And he also walked on the roof, got into the attic and crawl basement in his 3-hour careful inspection, which gave us a clear grasp of the house. We really appreciate his inspection and explanation.

Charles was very thorough and provided an outstanding inspection. He also didn't sugarcoat some of the issues that we suspected. He straight up told us that the roof was "leaking like a sieve". We knew there was a leak in one spot but it turned out to be the whole roof. In our case that wasn't a deal breaker but it was nice to have someone so straight-forward. Additionally, we had an issue shortly with a contractor shortly after purchase where his crew had cracked the fireplace surround. The contractor tried to say that Charles had missed it during the inspection. We looked at the report and didn't see the damage mentioned. Nor did we see it in the pictures. So we got in touch with Charles & he responded within a day. He went back to all of his notes and additional pictures. As suspected the issue wasn't there during the inspection and was caused by the contractor & his team. Without Charles' timely & thorough report it would have been harder to handle. I would be very comfortable recommending Charles & wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Mr. Porter did a great job going over the items he found during our inspection. He helped us know exactly what condition the house was in and did it all with a great attitude at a fair price.
