Jay was amazing! I had to have 3 inspections done in my home buying process. I mean this in the absolute best way, this is all thanks to Guardian Inspections. The first two homes had major issues and as a first time home buyer I am beyond happy to have had all off their knowledge in this process. They are professional, courteous and they know their stuff. I highly recommend Guardian inspections to anyone in their home buying process.

Brian is so awesome, we used him twice! His reports were clear and thorough with plenty of pictorial evidence. He also had the report completed for us in less than a business day! Thanks to Brian, we escaped a contract with a homeowner who was hiding some pretty serious issues. We plan to use Brian for annual home inspections just to give us peace of mind and to ensure our normal home maintenance is satisfactory.

We were out of state at the time of inspections and the extremely thorough reports they provided put us at ease. The reports were very easy to read and acknowledged every minor and major flaw that we would of never noticed on our own. Definitely recommend Guardian inspections if you are looking for a great company with superb customer service.
