P2P was pretty great with their reporting and inspection. My one complaint stems from a few items being either not included in the general inspection or being passed over. Namely, our power meter. Day one after moving in, Duke Energy found that we had a sunken meter while trying to install a new meter. I was asked if a home inspector had been on the premises, and if they had looked at the wiring to the meter. Wish we would have known about this prior to closing, as it's now a ~$1k - $1600 fix that needs to be done immediately.
