Elbert's construction knowledge allowed him to generate a detailed home inspection report that included pictures of the entire house. We were impressed the inspection report highlighted safety related items. We were also very satisfied with the time Elbert took to explain the inspection report, he covered everything from the condition of each item, to recommended improvements, and proper maintenance. The cherry on top was when Elbert returned to the property a 2nd time to inspect the Irrigation and Electrical panels that were locked on the day of the home inspection.
