Even during a hectic summer season in the red-hot Phoenix market, Valley Home Inspections had availability for us in scant days, and did a very thorough jobs inspecting the home and providing us a report. Unlike other inspection companies which included termite inspections, Valley Home did not. This meant the overall inspection contingency paperwork was a day later, it cost a bit (2 digit not 3 digit) more overall vs competition, and small follow-up work had to be contracted with one more company . That's the only reason I'm giving an 8 vs 10 star.
