It's hard to separate, but from the day I took possession of my property, the furnace has not worked reliably. I've had maybe 15 hours of heat over the last 2 weeks. Now I'm struggling with the bureaucracy of a home warranty repair and no heat with winter setting in. I paid good money to identify these type of problems ahead of time to not be in this situation. I'm sure he observed it operating at that time, but something was definitely wrong in the end. Critical issues like this deserve more extensive testing.

Patrick and his father, Gordon, did a very well organized inspection. The comments they made were very informative. The inspection was the week in January that the Portland area had the massive snowfall. Because of the snow, it wasn't safe to get on the roof, but they were still able to get some pictures and make recommendations. They also completed the Radon report, getting the results from the test a few days later.
