Troy left me with a very inferior home inspection. Unfortunately I agreed to do a re-inspection on the home, due to being in a time crunch, (The home was previously inspected by the sellers a few months prior). My one stipulation with using Troy is that I would be receiving the original inspection on the home. Troy lied to me and said that he gave me the original inspection, but what he gave me was only part of the original inspection. An inspection that had been altered. I asked numerous times for detailed information regarding outlined items that were suppose to be inspected and he refused to give them to me. I had to end up going into the purchase of the home blindly, without a thoroughly inspection due to running out of time, and arguing with Troy about the needed information. After my time lapsed on my inspection period I received the original inspection from the selling agent with the pages that had been omitted; with the items that I had requested. I was very frustrated by his dishonesty and would not recommend him to anyone. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and pray that you remove him from any further business with Redfin.
