Mike is an excellent inspector. He really took the time to explain the issues he found, how they would need to be remedied, and approximately what he thought the cost would be to make the needed repairs. The inspection report was very thorough, and the photos that are included in the report are very helpful. After taking a day to review the report, I called Mike with a few follow up questions. He called me back within an hour or two which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him for home inspections.

Mike made it pretty easy to get a time slot and to pay for it remotely. Very responsive over text, and turned around the report super quickly and was thorough as well, so we had no issues with making the inspection contingency. Definitely recommend him.

Mike was awesome to work with. He was able to meet us within our schedule and arrived early. We have owned many homes before, we are experienced "DIYers", and have been through this process before. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. We are giving him an #8 on this review because even though he was quick and efficient, maybe a bit too fast at the inspection and missed a few small yet key items that were exposed after closing, that could have been exposed during the inspection if taking a bit more slowly. We appreciated his professionalism and over all effective service. Yes, we would recommend and would work with him again.

The inspection was very thorough and Mike was very quick to answer our questions. He was so helpful--we would recommend him over and over!

Mike provides a very comprehensive report and made excellent suggestions. We have a PDF version of the report, with pictures, that we can refer back to. With the info in the report, we were able to get repairs and concessions from the sellers before taking ownership. We plan to contact Mike to get recommendations for home improvements once we get settled.

Mike was incredibly thorough. We felt like he was introducing us to our home. He went through each room with a fine tooth comb, often letting us know extra details about caring for an older home. He found several areas where improvement was suggested, and we were able to negotiate with the sellers to fix those issues before we moved in. His report was sent the same day and was incredibly detailed. We will still be referencing it in the future. He was great!

Mike is very thorough.

We found Mike online and are very happy we did. He was on time and was very professional and thorough. He told us upfront what he was going to inspect (why/how); told us we could follow him the entire way if wanted; encouraged us to ask questions; and then provided a 40 + page report on his findings and recommendations (and there was not all that much wrong with the host.) Needless to say, he's very detailed and professional. Also, he's available to contact after the inspection if we have any questions ... and he promptly responds.
